Meditation
Meditation classes are focused on allowing your mind to relax and let your thoughts calm. Meditation brings in clarity, focus, and calmness into your life as well as a feeling of tranquility and ease into your life. Some meditations will be journey bases and some will be more about helping your with mindfulness and experiencing a better life experience.
Breathwork
While Meditation class focuses on your mind Breathwork focuses on getting you back into your body. We spend so much time thinking about life, things we need to be doing, and all of the problems we need to fix - taking some time to get back into your body and PROPERLY breathing into yourself is a great way to start or end your day. Morning breathwork sessions will be energizing and help get you ready for your day while evening sessions are calming and help you strip away your worries and help you receive resting sleep.
Sound Healing
Sound Healing classes consist of Drums, Crystal Singing Bowls, Tibet Bronze Bowls, and other vibration based instruments that will help with assessing sound waves in your physical body, energetic body, and mind. Sound waves produced from these instruments can be both fast and slow. slower waves are associated with Alpha, Delta, and Theta brainwaves while faster frequencies are associated with Beta and Gamma brainwaves. Utilizing the instruments and playing them in specific ways allows the sound waves to facilitate specific abilities and address the way your body and mind experiences stimuli around you.
Alpha sound waves are associated with relaxed and tranquil awake states of consciousness
Beta sound waves are associated with focus and concentration
Delta sound waves are associated with deep meditation, sleep, and inner peace
Gamma sound waves are associated with peak performance, memory, and energy
Theta sound waves are associated with meditative and calm states of consciousness
